Job Description


Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join their innovative manufacturing team specializing in cutting-edge medical device products. This Engineering Technician role is essential for providing hands-on technical support within a clean-room environment, ensuring process yield performance, and driving continuous improvement projects in a highly regulated industry. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, develop simple tools and fixtures, and support process validation and change management initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing production challenges, performing failure investigations, and collaborating with vendors and team members to optimize manufacturing workflows. To succeed, you should have at least 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hardware systems, along with a solid understanding of blueprints and lean problem-solving tools. Your hands-on problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication will be key to your success in this dynamic environment.

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • 1+ years of technical, hands-on problem solving experience in a regulated environment, preferably medical device manufacturing
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hardware systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
  • Experience with Lean methodology and structured problem-solving tools
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Associates Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities daily
