Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who lives local to New England and is able to interview on-site immediately. They are a reputable medical device manufacturing company based in the seacoast area, specializing in products within the orthopedics, cardiovascular, and invasive devices industry. In this role, you will collaborate with contract manufacturers and internal teams to ensure that manufacturing processes are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective, supporting the development and production of life-saving medical devices.
You will be responsible for technical oversight, process validation, quality assurance, and process optimization across multiple outsourced partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who lives local to New England and is able to interview on-site immediately. Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical engineering, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in life sciences (biotech, pharma, or medtech)
- Experience working with contract manufacturers or in outsourced production environments
- Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems
- Proven experience in process validation, equipment qualification, and tech transfer
- Ability to manage relationships with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause investigation skills
- Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
