Our client is looking for an RF Engineer, 100% onsite in Massachusetts. They are a leading manufacturer of engineering products for military communication systems, dedicated to supporting our military personnel with cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing microwave receiver assemblies up to 40 GHz, troubleshooting circuits, and supporting the full product development lifecycle to ensure innovative and reliable microwave solutions.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an RF Engineer, 100% onsite in Massachusetts. They are a leading manufacturer of engineering products for military communication systems, dedicated to supporting our military personnel with cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing microwave receiver assemblies up to 40 GHz, troubleshooting circuits, and supporting the full product development lifecycle to ensure innovative and reliable microwave solutions.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience designing and developing microwave receiver assemblies and related multifunction assemblies
- Proficiency with microwave circuit simulation software and test equipment
- Ability to recognize design and manufacturing problems and apply corrective actions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience and the ability to support research and development initiatives
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance
