Our client is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer - Task Leader. They are a dedicated medical device organization committed to enhancing patient outcomes and saving lives worldwide through innovative technologies. In this role, you will oversee the design and development of complex electronic hardware, leading technical projects, supervising a team of 2 to 6 members, and ensuring the successful execution of major product revisions. You’ll work closely with research and development leaders and project managers, bringing your expertise to drive innovative electrical solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading electrical hardware development, providing technical oversight, and reviewing detailed designs. You may also contribute to original design work and play a key role in hardware analysis and documentation.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer - Task Leader. Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in electronic hardware design
- Experience in all phases of the electrical development process
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Class II or Class III medical device development
- Leadership experience and ability to supervise a technical team
- Strong communication skills
- Proven accomplishments in electronics design and product development
- BS in electrical engineering or a technical equivalent; MS degree preferred
