As a Test Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of cutting-edge instruments. You'll be hands-on with setting up processes, configuring final assemblies and complete systems, and conducting final acceptance tests to guarantee everything meets our high standards before shipment. You’ll use your skills to interpret diagnostic data and apply it to tasks, working with advanced test equipment like oscilloscopes and digital multimeters. You'll perform complex troubleshooting protocols for non-conforming units, accurately compiling and recording test results. We’re looking for proactive team members who take initiative in identifying challenges and offering effective solutions, making a real impact on our Client's products and success. Perform electromechanical assembly of systems in a manufacturing cell environment as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 + years experience in instrument configuration and testing to conmponent level
- A.S. or equivalent technical training in a work environment
- Must be flexible and able to work in different assignments to support current customer demand
- Ability to work in a clean, contaminant-free environment utilizing gloves during testing operations
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and carry equipment (handheld devices) from one workstation to another
- Standing and walking required 20% of work time
