Job Description
Our client is looking for a Production Technician. They are a leading manufacturer developing innovative antenna products used across aerospace and military platforms, with a history of steady growth and industry recognition for excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing processes, including eyeleting, drilling, lasing, print/etch, soldering, and light assembly, to ensure the production of high-quality antenna components. You will work closely with the team to meet scheduled timelines and maintain meticulous records, all while supporting the company's commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
In this position, you will gain hands-on experience working with advanced fabrication techniques and state-of-the-art technology, with on-the-job training provided to develop your skills further. Your strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work at different workstations will be essential to your success.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (core); once trained, schedule can be flexible as long as 40 hours are maintained.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of proven relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Familiarity with common hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Meticulous record-keeping and good computer skills
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
- Experience with bonding, lamination, and plating is a plus
- Previous aerospace, military, or government industry experience is desirable
