Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, growing company that is heavily engineering-oriented, with a focus on custom designs transitioning into standard products. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products in accordance with company procedures and drawings, including preparing mechanical subassemblies, wiring power electronic assemblies, installing into cabinets, building wiring harnesses, and performing final product assembly and packaging. You will work closely with a team that appreciates attention to detail, safety, and efficiency, playing a key part in supporting the company's ongoing growth.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products in accordance with company procedures and drawings, including preparing mechanical subassemblies, wiring power electronic assemblies, installing into cabinets, building wiring harnesses, and performing final product assembly and packaging. You will work closely with a team that appreciates attention to detail, safety, and efficiency, playing a key part in supporting the company's ongoing growth.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position
- Ability to read assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints
- Basic soldering skills (IPC certification preferred but not required)
- Experience with both metric and standard units
- Proficiency with various hand tools such as tweezers, crimpers, microscopes, wire cutters, etc.
- Understanding of ESD and how to work within an ESD-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated attentiveness to detailed, task-oriented work
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and experience with 5S and Lean principles are a plus but not required
