Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. This role involves performing intricate wiring and assembly of cables, cable harnesses, and connectors for industries such as aerospace, defense, and oil & gas. The candidate will be responsible for bonding, molding, product preparation, cleaning for final inspection, and working from detailed process sheets and blueprints to ensure high-quality cable assembly.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. This role involves performing intricate wiring and assembly of cables, cable harnesses, and connectors for industries such as aerospace, defense, and oil & gas. The candidate will be responsible for bonding, molding, product preparation, cleaning for final inspection, and working from detailed process sheets and blueprints to ensure high-quality cable assembly.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Experience with cable assembly, with fiber optics being a big plus
- Ability to read and interpret process sheets and blueprints
- Good hand-eye coordination and flexibility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Good vision, including passing color blindness tests
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer use
