Our client is looking for a Cable Assembler. This company specializes in building and designing multi-core cables, assemblies, and harnesses for environments with extreme temperatures, corrosive fluids, and mechanical stresses. You will be responsible for intricate wiring, assembly of cables and harnesses, bonding, molding, and preparing products for final inspection, primarily serving industries like aerospace and defense.
In this role, you will perform detailed assembly work using process sheets and blueprints, ensuring that cables and connectors meet strict quality standards. You'll work closely with your team to complete assignments accurately and efficiently, contributing to critical projects across demanding industries.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Cable Assembler. You'll work closely with your team to complete assignments accurately and efficiently, contributing to critical projects across demanding industries.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years manufacturing or production experience
- Experience with fiber optics is a big plus
- Good coordination and manual dexterity in both hands
- Ability to read and interpret process sheets and blueprints
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work from detailed instructions and follow safety guidelines
- Good vision, including passing color blindness tests
- Familiarity with using mechanical instruments for assembly and using computer systems for transactions
