Job Description
Our client is looking for an ERP System Analyst. This leading organization specializes in designing and manufacturing innovative military products for global markets, earning recognition for excellence in defense technology. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing ERP systems, supporting process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency across manufacturing workflows. You’ll utilize your expertise in Infor CSI Syteline ERP to analyze existing processes, support system enhancements, and serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders for seamless project execution. Your efforts will ensure the organization maintains its competitive edge through technological excellence and continuous process improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing ERP business requirements, creating and maintaining process maps, supporting ERP system enhancements, and assisting with project updates and end-user training. You will support ERP system support activities, including ticketing, reporting, and KPIs, especially during critical project phases.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM requires being onsite -3 days a week. Seeking local applicants who are immediately available to interview in-person.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically Infor CSI Syteline, including implementation and support
- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in a manufacturing-oriented ERP environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Experience supporting projects with multiple vendors and managing support ticketing systems, KPIs, and reporting
- Ability to support Power BI reporting for various business functions, including Sales and Finance
- Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies
