Our client is looking for an IT Technician Level 1. In this role, you will be providing technical assistance and support for incoming tickets related to computer software and hardware. You will be responsible for supporting internal users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining user accounts, deploying workstations, and offering user training—all on-site at the Nashua, NH location.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an IT Technician Level 1. In this role, you will be providing technical assistance and support for incoming tickets related to computer software and hardware. You will be responsible for supporting internal users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining user accounts, deploying workstations, and offering user training—all on-site at the Nashua, NH location.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Knowledge of basic networking and remote connectivity
- Familiarity with MS Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and O365 products
- Experience with helpdesk systems and software deployment systems (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (preferred)
- BA in Computer Science or MIS, MCP, MCDST, or MCSA certification (preferred)
