Our client specializes in products for the electronics industry. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support their Sales Team. You should have experience preparing quotes, following up on customer orders, and dealing with customer questions related to billing, cancellations, etc.
Your primary function is to act as a liaison between customers and the company. This position requires someone with previous experience in a business to business function, preferably from a manufacturing environment to understand the process.
Qualifications/Experience:
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have experience working in an ERP or MRP application to manage customer accounts.
Have a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to details, accuracy, dependability and responsiveness.
Have excellent phone skills and computer proficiency.
Associate's degree or 3 years minimum experience in a customer service environment.
