In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for sales order entry and customer support for internal and external customers. This is a cross-functional product-based customer service position. The position will involve answering roughly 45 incoming calls daily to respond to any customer inquiries or issues.
Looking for candidates who have supported Sales and Purchasing in a production manufacturing environment. Someone with experience creating sales orders or purchase orders.
Education:
?High school diploma or GED required.
