Job Description

Hospitals, emergency medical services (EMS), and others trust them to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
This role involves handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. The position supports a growing company that delivers innovative medical devices and software solutions worldwide, with a focus on maintaining outstanding customer relationships.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hybrid with remote days on Monday and Friday)
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of solid customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in using computer databases and order processing systems
- Professional telephone manner and a strong customer focus
- Attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure accurate order processing
- Ability to understand complex product configurations and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply company policies and procedures
