Our client in Northern Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Administrative Assistant for 1st Shift. They are the partner of choice to the world’ s leading communications infrastructure and aerospace and defense companies, air traffic control and weather forecasting.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide administrative support for the Senior Customer Service Representative team activities. You will have daily interaction with field offices, reps and distributors to satisfy customer requirements, enter and update sales orders, provide quotes, and special projects as needed. Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, SAP experience preferred. Positive attitude and interest in learning and future growth with the company. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced role with a very heavy workload
