Job Description

Our client, a regionally based company with a reputation for service excellence and innovation since is conception in 1996, specializing in IT Services, Print Services, Intelligent Information Management and Commercial Print Solutions is growing and looking to add a Customer Licensing Specialist to its team.  This position can be performed in the Plattsburg, NY, Burlington, VT, Westbrook, ME or West Lebanon, NH area's.  This is a full time, direct hire, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm position, is an onsite role through training and will have the flexibility to transition to a Hybrid Schedule Monday and Friday work from home, Tuesday through Thursday onsite days, should you prefer.

As the Customer Licensing Specialist you can expect to learn, understand and maintain the customer database, their products and current licensing requirements making sure licensing requirements are met and maintained.  Learn, understand and promote vendor partners and their software and warranty renewal programs. The Customer Licensing Specialist is responsible for communicating with customers  and account managers via phone and e-mail regularly to promote engagement, extend new product offerings to assist with growing existing customers.

A successful candidate will have:
  • Strong computer knowledge including working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of IT and networking preferred
  • Previous experience with the maintenance and entry of of new information into a customer database
  • High level of attention to detail, able to focus and engage to ensure accuracy 
  • Must posses solid follow through ensuring requirements are met and updates are processed
  • Work diligently managing your inbox to ensure timely communication to internal and external customers
  • Must be able to meet criteria management set by the company
Must Haves:
  • Ability to manage and juggle multiple priorities to meet customer needs
  • Have solid decision making that are in the best interest of the customer and the company
  • Comfortable with seeking technical advice from a variety of resources
  • Associates Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in the areas of IT Account Management
