Job Description


Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join their innovative medical device manufacturing team. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for precision assembly and quality in a cleanroom environment. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting small components of advanced medical devices, ensuring they meet strict regulatory standards using hand tools, microscopes, and automated equipment.

 This is a 3rd shift position, seeking people who have worked a night shift with demonstrated reliability and a stable work history.

In this position, you will monitor automated assembly machines or manually assemble parts using technical documentation like BOMs, work orders, and visual aids. Your day-to-day duties include performing soldering, crimping, mechanical assembly, inspections, and recording data accurately, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, particularly those familiar with small parts assembly, medical device production, or cleanroom settings.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (Sunday night shift start)

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience performing assembly or mechanical/electrical fabrication in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with small parts under magnification, including microscopes and tweezers
  • Experience with soldering, crimping, testing, or visual quality inspections of medical devices or similar precision products
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good hand-eye coordination
  • Familiarity with reading assembly drawings, BOMs, and using measurement instruments and test fixtures
  • Strong computer skills - your training includes 1 full day of online workshops.
