Job Description
Our client is looking for a Cleanroom Assembler to join a manufacturing environment focused on precision assembly and component production. This role involves assembling bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding techniques. You will be responsible for reading simple blueprints and assembly diagrams, working with medical-grade materials, and maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards in a cleanroom setting.
To be sucessfull in this position, you’ll need excellent fine motor skills, strong verbal communication, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions both verbally and in writing. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly experience, preferably with medical device assembly, or familiarity with cleanroom procedures and line-based manufacturing.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Experience in bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing or plastic parts
- Ability to use solvents and adhesives safely under a fume hood
- Strong reading comprehension of blueprints, drawings, and assembly procedures
- Excellent fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination
- Good verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy, with the ability to access drawings, procedures, and do online training on iPad or PC
- Assembly experience preferred, especially within a medical or cleanroom environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for entire shift and work safely in a cleanroom setting
