Our client is looking for Machine Operators. These roles are essential for operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal parts according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running press brake machines, selecting and adjusting tooling, inspecting finished parts, recording production data, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. You may also support team collaboration and assist with training new team members.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for Machine Operators. These roles are essential for operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal parts according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running press brake machines, selecting and adjusting tooling, inspecting finished parts, recording production data, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. You may also support team collaboration and assist with training new team members.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Basic press brake machine operation experience, with general press brake knowledge acceptable.
- Blueprint and print reading skills.
- Familiarity with general machinery; CNC lathe experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic machine adjustments and inspections.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and problem-solving.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
