Job Description
Are you looking for a local machine shop that is growing and employee-centric? Our client is a leader in the industry, supporting manufacturers in the Aerospace and Defense Industries. They are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their 2nd shift team.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to train and learn CNC Swiss machining and setup
- Basic math skills for performing calculations
- Ability to work independently after training, with a team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection processes
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety procedures is a plus
- Previous machine trades or CNC experience is preferred, but training will be provided
