Job Description
Our client specializes in CNC machined, fabricated, and thermoformed machining.
Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist looking for a dynamic manufacturing environment? You will set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components from detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select and install tooling, chucks, collets, and fixtures for efficient machining.
- Program or modify CNC programs to optimize performance.
- Monitor machining operations, adjusting feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve machining and tooling issues.
- Maintain production and quality records while ensuring a safe, organized workspace.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in CNC turning, tooling selection, and machining strategies.
- Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T interpretation.
- Proficiency in precision measuring tools for quality control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve machining challenges.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality output.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume setting.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC lathes.
