Job Description
Our client is looking for an Assembler/Brazer. They are a prominent manufacturer specializing in engineering products for military communication systems, dedicated to supporting our military personnel.
In this role, you will be assisting with assembly and basic brazing operations on small components, often working under a microscope for precision. You’ll use common hand tools and measuring devices safely and accurately, following detailed instructions, specifications, and technical prints. Your contribution will help support production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new processes and grow your skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will be:
- Assisting with assembly and brazing of small components
- Working under a microscope for assembly and inspection tasks
- Using hand tools and basic measuring tools accurately and safely
- Reading and following detailed work instructions and technical prints
- Supporting production goals through a steady workflow and attention to detail
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
- Collaborating with team members and seeking clarification when needed
- Learning new processes as product lines and requirements evolve
- Performing other duties as assigned
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Experience with assembly and brazing on small components
- Ability to work under a microscope and use hand tools precisely
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical prints and work instructions
- Good organizational skills and commitment to safety standards
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
