Job Description
Our client is looking for an Assembly Technician. This innovative manufacturing company specializes in designing, engineering, and producing high-precision linear motion products used across various industries worldwide, including machine tools, solar, and semiconductor technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components according to detailed technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Your work will involve reading blueprints, performing inspections, using hand and power tools, and ensuring each assembly meets the company's quality benchmarks. The Assembly Technician position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret technical schematics. You should be comfortable working independently, following safety protocols, and collaborating with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
- 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
- Basic math, measurement, and inspection skills, including using laser interferometers
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
