Job Description
Our client is looking for an Assembler. This company specializes in manufacturing electronic products used in Aerospace and the High Tech Market. They have a solid reputation for stability, a great culture, and growth opportunities, and are conveniently located in Nashua. In this role, you will be responsible for performing masking, conformal coating, and EST testing in a clean environment, collaborating with quality and process engineers to ensure IPC compliance, and working across multiple stations based on production priorities. You will also handle blueprint prints and routes to mask PCBs accurately and perform in-process inspections to ensure coating is appropriately applied, using chemicals like acetone, heptanes, urethane, and bonding materials.
In this role, you will:
- Perform masking, conformal coating, and EST testing
- Work with blueprint prints and routes for PCB masking
- Conduct in-process inspections
- Collaborate with quality and process engineers
- Use chemicals such as acetone, heptanes, urethane, and bonding materials
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Experience with conformal coating on PCBs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint prints and routes
- Knowledge of IPC standards and compliance
- Familiarity with working with chemicals used in electronics manufacturing
- Prior experience in a cleanroom or controlled environment is a plus
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
