Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician. This exciting opportunity is with an innovative medical device manufacturing facility focused on producing cutting-edge medical devices. This is a 3rd shift position, seeking people who have worked a night shift with demonstrated reliability. Looking for candidates who have a stable work history.
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team assembling small plastic and metal components into sophisticated medical devices within a cleanroom environment, ensuring each product meets strict quality and regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and documenting the production of medical devices, utilizing various hand tools, measurement instruments, microscopes, and test fixtures. Your work will contribute directly to manufacturing devices that help improve patients' lives.
Work Schedule:
Sunday night to Friday night, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing assembly in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment (no masks required)
- Ability to work with small parts under magnification using microscopes and tweezers
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for assembly, soldering, crimping, and testing
- Basic understanding of manufacturing documentation including drawings, BOMs, work orders, and inspection reports
- Familiarity with hand tools, assembly fixtures, measurement equipment, and test fixtures
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Comfortable using computers and inventory software
- Willing to work in a clean, organized, and safe environment following ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations
- Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
