Job Description
Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various departments within the company, including Marketing, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and HR. Known for their commitment to excellence, the organization has garnered recognition for their innovative approach and strong workplace culture. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative duties, from managing document control and scheduling meetings to coordinating travel arrangements and supporting special projects. You’ll also assist with invoice management, employee PPE programs, and event planning, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the executive team and staff
- Manage the document control program, including updating procedures and specifications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and office supply inventory
- Assist with employee recognition events and special projects
- Handle invoice processing and PPE voucher management
- Support customer visits and internal communications
- Train and supervise front desk staff and backup coverage
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of administrative/secretarial experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong multitasking ability and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
