Our client is looking for an Administrative & Office Assistant. This role supports the administrative and sales staff by managing daily operations, coordinating customer relations, and providing essential administrative assistance to various departments. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth office functions, maintaining effective communication, and supporting sales and customer service efforts.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, updating CRM systems, preparing invoices, quotes, and reports, as well as handling general office tasks like answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling meetings. You will also assist with event planning and provide support to HR, Accounting, Engineering, and Production teams as needed.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Administrative & Office Assistant. This role supports the administrative and sales staff by managing daily operations, coordinating customer relations, and providing essential administrative assistance to various departments. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth office functions, maintaining effective communication, and supporting sales and customer service efforts.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, updating CRM systems, preparing invoices, quotes, and reports, as well as handling general office tasks like answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling meetings. Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP software)
- 1 year Customer Service experience in an office setting preferred
- 1 year in a Manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude
