Job Description
Now hiring for an experienced CNC Programmer II for our client. If you are seeking a career opportunity to work for a leading full-service digital manufacturer, providing high-mix, low-volume production and prototyping in the Concord, NH area this may be what you are looking for! The general hours of this role are 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday however they do offer some flexibility in hours once training is complete.
As the CNC Programmer II you can expect to perform advanced programming techniques and processes, within a fast paced work environment, to produce accurate and quality parts.

As the CNC Programmer II you can expect to perform advanced programming techniques and processes, within a fast paced work environment, to produce accurate and quality parts.
Some of the essential functions are:
- Programming of moderate to high-end jobs on 3 axis and/or lathes
- Act as a mentor to less experienced team members in the department by sharing guidance and knowledge of machining procedures
- Design and program custom fixtures for the machining of parts with various complexities
- Complete machine setup sheets for all jobs programmed
- Edit programs and set ups if needed
- Determine the correct tooling for the job to ensure quality and lowest spindle time
- Mastercam programming software
- G-Code
- Solidworks software
- High tolerance machining and geometric dimensioning
- Working with various types of materials
- Tooling type (speed, feeds, surface footage, etc.)
- High School diploma or GED ~ Required
- Degree in Machine Tool, Manufacturing Technology or related field ~ Preferred
- A MINIMUM of 7 years CNC programming experience ~ Required
