Our client, a local company, has been manufacturing medical devices for over 30 years. They are looking for Two 1st Shift Medical Device Assemblers to assemble small hand-held tools used in various types of surgery. The assembly will be performed by measuring, cutting, and splicing fine wires under a microscope in a cleanroom environment.
Candidates should have at least 6-12 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably working with small components. Previous experience handling cables, fiber optics or wires is ideal. It is highly preferred that people have microscope experience, as this position is primarily under a scope the majority of their shift. Candidates should have strong manual dexterity.
