We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Stockroom Window Attendant on 2nd shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
As a Stockroom Window Attendant, you will be responsible for managing stockroom operations, including material handling, kitting, issuing stock, returning stock, and inventory management. In addition, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data records and performing data entry tasks.
Working in their materials department, you will be supporting a production team with managing inventory, kitting, and receiving incoming parts. You will also be responsible for maintaining purchase and sales orders using ERP/MRP software systems. Additional responsibilities such as cycle counts, packaging, and data entry.
Requirements:
Proven experience in stockroom or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and data entry tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Physical stamina to handle manual material handling tasks, including lifting and moving items.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You should be able to use computer programs to maintain software inventory such as MRP or ERP systems.
A bonus if you have any customer service experience.
