Our client is looking for EHS Engineer.
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Engineer with a strong environmental background to join their team. The EHS Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. This role focuses on environmental sustainability, hazard management, and promoting a safe workplace culture.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an EHS role, with a strong focus on environmental management.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards.
Experience with sustainability programs and initiatives (e.g., energy conservation, waste reduction).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in EHS management systems and software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Leadership and the ability to influence a culture of safety and sustainability.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
