Assembly is done manually, and with air-powered tools and torque equipment.   In-process inspection on components being produced, along with necessary SPC charting to document continuous process control. PSI testing and finally package product and components in individual boxes and into master cartons, marking same with the proper identification labels and instructional materials.

 

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. In house training specific to the position will be required. Must be able to work in a team environment, in close quarters.  Requires standing, stooping, bending, sitting, walking, twisting, kneeling, turning and some lifting of materials up to 45 lbs may be required. Requires constant alertness or activity. Safety equipment is needed to perform this position: steel toed shoes/boots, earplugs, and safety glasses.

 

Current Mon-Fri  hours include mandatory overtime once fully trained: 2: 30pm-12: 00am (9hr days) w/ voluntary  Saturdays 10: 00am-3: 00pm (5 hrs)

Overview: 
  • The primary responsibility will be to follow set-up cards to perform various repetitive simple machine set-ups  and operation of Extrusion machines to polish and remove burrs from parts
  • Inspect own work; correct or report detected discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Record appropriate data on designated forms as required.
  • Maintain necessary records. 
  • Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.

Skills Needed:
  • Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task, coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive. 
  • Associate must be able to keep up with a fast pace workflow environment.
  • Ability to work at an assigned machine completing a repetitive task for an 8 hour shift.

Our client in Southern New Hampshire who is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in a fast paced Accounting environment.   Looking for candidates that have high energy and like working with numbers and customers.  

Responsible for:
  • Processing, vouchering and posting of vendor invoices into the accounts payable system
  • Process  weekly A/P check runs, imatching checks to invoices
  • Maintain  all invoices after payment 
  • Will prepare all checks and related backup for signoff
  • Reconcile vendor statements and reconcile  ledger to the general ledger
  • Determine which vendors/invoices should be paid to  take advantage of cash discounts. Print all checks, copy and attach backup
  • Collect, review, and enter expense reports for reimbursement 
  • Assist other departments as needed 
  • Resolve all vendor inquiries
  • Review and challenge all invoices that are unusual 
  • Prepare all monthly accruals
  • Meet quarter and year-end cut off reporting schedules as well as prepare  monthly and quarterly reports
  • Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
  • Preparation of appropriate documentation (familiar with  J-Sox)
  • Back up to Accounts Receivable when needed

Requirements:
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of experience or Associates Degree and 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivables
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Word and Excel 2010 
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Oracle preferred but not required  open to other accounting / MRP / ERP systems

Overview: 
  • Set-up inspection gauges and deliver gauges to operations and the manufacturing floor
  • Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to your supervisor.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with gauge  setting, use of gauges or  inspection equipment is  a plus.

Solder wires (up to 30 gauge) to pins, contacts and solder cups, micro-miniature (75 pins), solder sleeves, bus wire splice.

This is in the semi-rigid group (firm sleeves such as metal that are bent to form the final shape).

  • Will place metal or plastic inserts into cavities of mold
  • Remove molded products from press or conveyor
  • Allow part to cool
  • Trim excess material (flash) from each part and visually inspect finished products
  • Will take routine measurements of  products and  maintain records of rejects and data for process control sheets
  • Will place finished products into shipping boxes
  • Move raw material into cell and finished goods plus scrap/waste out of the cell
  • Will relieve other operators as required
  • Perform daily housekeeping and keeping cell clean and orderly
  • Must be able to work OT as necessary
  • Will communicate change over information to next shift / operator 

Requirements:
  • High School / GED preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of previous Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work with utility knives, small hand tools and automated trimming machines
  • Will be required to wear steel toed safety shoes, gloves, arm guards or long sleeve shirts, and hearing protection if required.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Will do repetitive motions with arms, hands, pushing and pulling as well as stand for majority of shift
  • Basic math test is required

Vision requirements:
  • Far Vision: Snellen Chart 20/40
  • Near Vision: Jaeger 3 at 355.6 mm (14 inches) equivalent to 20/40
  • Any vision over 20/40 will need further testing off site

  • Rework or alter component model or parts as required to ensure that products meet standards.
  • Devise and construct tools, jigs, and fixtures, or modify existing tools and equipment.
  • Drill, countersink, and ream holes in parts and assemblies for bolts, screws and other fasteners.

  • Ability to organize work assignments to ensure efficient operations
