Office Assistant - Part Time

Our client, a local Upper Valley sporting goods distribution facility, is seeking a reliable Office Assistant to join their team. This position is part-time (M-F 9am to 12pm) and will focus on Accounts Payable transactions.
  • Will perform a variety of accounts-payable duties (posting daily cash payments).
  • Perform basic office and administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Must be reliable and have strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Basic administrative and/or accounting experience is preferred (Note: Able to train on the accounts payable aspect of the position).
  • Part-time hours: 9am to 12pm (Mon. through Fri.)
