Our client in the Concord New Hampshire area is seeking a Durable Medical Equipment Coordinator to assist clients on 1st Shift. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone. Will be responsible for verification of insurance, ensuring proper documentation is present and obtained for transactions, and keeping up to date on insurance coverage criteria. Will work with customers, vendors and doctors’ offices daily as well as explaining and demonstrating proper use of equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required and 1 year of home medical equipment experience.
- Medical administrative support, customer service, or pharmacy tech experience (ideally would like some exposure to health insurance coverage and verification but can train on that).
- Customer service skills (over the phone and in person are a priority).
- Good time management skills and computer experience (Brightree and Docutrack a plus), and data entry skills, will need to be able to lift up to 40 lbs. with help if needed.
Hours are flexible between 8AM and 6PM (may work Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM)
