Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who  will be responsible for interacting with both customers and sales representatives, processing orders, coordinating  special orders and resolve issues.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Contact for key customers.
  • Answer phones and resolve customer issues.
  • Performs administrative duties for key customers.
  • Process orders for customers and sales and service personnel.
  • Generate and distribute reports.
  • Research and follow-up on orders and inventory inquiries.
  • Data entry verification and filing.
  • General mailings.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
