Our client, in the Boston area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their 1st shift opening. This role will be responsible for discussions about 3D Printers with clients and prospective clients, managing multiple tickets, being busy on the phone, basic troubleshooting general issues and questions over the phone, as well as via email, and the web.
