Our client, in Southern New Hampshire, is looking for a Contract Review Administrator with strong attention to detail. 

The Contract Review Administrator will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.  The candidate will be responsible for facilitating internal contract review packages from customer supplied quotes, packing lists, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.  Performs daily data entries onto the pending report.

Requirements for this position also include:
  • Ability to read Purchase orders and packing slips. 
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, E2 by Shoptech).
    • Helpful skills
      • Knowledge of Exostar.
      • Knowledge of contract review.
      • Ability to read and interrupt PO quality notes.
  • Candidate will work from written and verbal instructions and must be fluent in English.
