Job Description
Our client, a local Claremont manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator/Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves researching and logging customer data on stranded inventory, contacting customers who previously bought the parts, and analyzing forecast details to determine why each part became stranded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and log customer data on stranded inventory.
- Contact customers who previously bought the parts to discuss inventory disposition.
- Analyze forecast details to determine the reasons behind stranded inventory.
- Develop and execute plans for each part, prioritizing top value items.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status and action plans.
- Experience in sales administration and data analysis.
- Ability to utilize MS Excel and other related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing or inventory management industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
