Our client located in beautiful Laconia, NH that specializes in the manufacturing of Automotive and Aerospace Products is actively recruiting for a Quality Control Manager.
JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinate and implement Quality Systems to assure customers receive quality products. Serves as a liaison between suppliers, customers and product groups on quality issues. Manages continuous improvement activities, customer complaints, supplier quality issues and supplier development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess managerial skills, five years of supervisory experience and manufacturing quality experience.
- Must possess good communication skills both internally and externally.
- Must have a good aptitude for root cause analysis and effective corrective action implementation.
- Minimum four years' college or equivalent experience in quality field required. BS degree preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and communications skills.
- Must be computer literate with ability to learn and use various computer applications.
- Must have good understanding of the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
