9/80 work schedule allows you to work 40 hours week AND have every other Friday off

Skills:
  • Good telephone skills
  • Good Excel Skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • ERP experience, preferably Oracle
  • Be able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Some purchasing background

 

Responsibilities:
  • Entering Purchase Orders
  • Contacting suppliers to ensure delivery dates will be met on schedule and/or expedite or follow up on overdue deliveries
  • Maintain purchase order dates and other master data in Oracle
