Job summary

Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the establishing; nurturing and maintaining of customer relationships (old and new).  Follow established policy/procedures including receiving customer requests; generating quotes; and receiving purchase orders.  Provide communication with our customers. 

Summary of essential job functions

You will be expected to follow established policies/procedures to ensure that the overall customer experience is smooth and fulfilling.  Customer calls; questions; requests will all be handled with the utmost respect and professionalism.  Each sales representative will be assigned a customer base / requests depending on their individual experience and knowledge (ie: ceramics, metals, etc.).  You will work closely with the Planning Department for communication purposes, which may result in contacting customers with concerns (ie: delays; material; etc.).  Internally, you will be the customer’ s advocate, as well as, the advocate of Laser Services when dealing with customers.

Minimum requirements:
  • Ability to read blue prints;
  • Experience with E2 software;
  • Time Management
  • Experience dealing with customers – (in person and via phone)
  • Professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of LSI Policy/Procedures for job performed…
