Do you have experience assembling microelectronic parts size 0402 and 0201 and/or smaller? Do you have strong attention to detail, exceptional soldering skills, strong manual dexterity and bonding experience? This job could be for you!
A client, located in Northern Massachusetts, is seeking an Engineering Solderer and Assembler to join their team on 1st shift to work on prototypes! In this role you will be supporting the product development lab.You will perform assembly using solder paste and working with a heat stage, rework, cut and trace as well as solder wires and use different epoxies. You will use Agile to pull drawings and schematics, as well as find components in the stockroom and kit your own work. Basic inspection of PC Boards and units under high-power magnification checking for part placement and will be conducting tests as directed by engineers.
- Must be able to meet ITAR work requirements.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- Soldering test will be given at interview
