Our client is looking for Manufacturing Technicians. They are an innovative medical device manufacturing facility specializing in cutting-edge products that help people. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team assembling, testing, and inspecting small and intricate components to produce medical devices that meet strict quality and regulatory standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating products that improve patient outcomes. This is in a clean room environment, you will be wearing full gowning.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM, with alternating Fridays off, on a 9/80 schedule.

Job Description
Our client is looking for Manufacturing Technicians. They are an innovative medical device manufacturing facility specializing in cutting-edge products that help people. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team assembling, testing, and inspecting small and intricate components to produce medical devices that meet strict quality and regulatory standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating products that improve patient outcomes. This is in a clean room environment, you will be wearing full gowning.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM, with alternating Fridays off, on a 9/80 schedule.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing assembly in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and documentation of devices
- Ability to work with small parts under magnification, using microscopes and precision hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and medical device regulatory procedures (preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with computer use for documentation and inventory management
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, maintaining cleanliness and safety procedures
