Director - Product Quality Control
Peabody, MA | Contract
Responsible for defining and directing product quality control programs and services to support business strategies and company goals. Responsible for the overall quality of released components and/or products by the company or key OEM customers. Provides direction for incoming and supplier quality. Collaborates on product quality initiatives that drive product quality improvements.
Directs and drives solutions for post-market quality issues of company products.
Directs and drives solutions for post-market quality issues of OEM products.
Conducts frequent/regular quality forums to inform key stakeholders on the post-market quality performance of key business lines.
Provides guidance and leadership for all locations in the resolution of product quality matters.
Assists in all notified body and government agency audits/inspections
Manages the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes that affect the quality of company products.
Leads Incoming quality teams and initiatives
Drives Supplier quality improvements.
Leads all customer OEM audits.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master' s degree or equivalent, typically requires a minimum of 10 years of previous professional experience
