Customer Service Specialist

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to be responsible for working with clients from Europe, Asia, and Japan. The position will consist of entering orders, checking on orders and following up on order inquiries. Most of these communications will be via email. The Customer Service Specialist will also act as a liaison between customer and internal departments such as Marketing or Tech Services (upon determining customers needs).
- At least 7 years of customer service experience.
- Must have great communication skills, verbal just as important is written.
- Oracle experience is a must.
