Our client, an innovative manufacturing facility working on cutting edge medical devices is seeking a Customer Service Associate to respond to backlog of Customer Service tickets (customer complaints and inquires).  This will probably be approximately 3 months in length but could be more depending upon business needs.

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who is well versed at handling customer complaints in a business to business environment. 

This role requires someone who can prioritize multiple projects to ensure compliance with regulations; experience with global regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, medical devices and combination products is preferred.
You should have excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office and a customer service application or CRM.
•Strong decision making and critical thinking abilities
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effectively with peers, management, and customers
•Knowledge of FDA requirements for Quality Systems, pharmaceutical products, and Medical Device Reporting regulations is preferred.

Hours: Mon. - Fri. hours can be either 7am to 4pm OR 8am to 5pm
