Customer Service - 1st Shift

This Cable manufacturing company is now looking for a new customer service Representative.
Customer Service duties:
Prior experience dealing with customers via telephone and electronic mediums.
Excellent computer skills, self-motivation, and ability to handle many task at once.
Prior experience working in a fast paced environment.
To enter or review customer orders received via phone, fax, mail, Internet and counter.
Master the order entry process including the EPDS order entry system contact manager.
To quickly and accurately be able to enter and change sales orders while interacting with the customers.
To follow all ISO9000 procedures and work instructions related to the Customer Service Position.
To undertake additional projects as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
Some projects will be: catalog callbacks, new account follow-up, contact manager cleansing, etc.
To be a contributing team member in the Customer Service Department and provide the best customer service possible to our internal and external customers.
