Our client is a leading supplier of electronics to the Military and Aerospace markets. For over 50 years they have been local to the North Shore and have contracts in place that help them continue to grow. They are looking for Assemlers on 1st shift Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM.
An ideal candidate will have recent experience with assembling small components or cables and experience with crimping and assembling cables is a plus.
You will read instructions such as process details, diagrams, customer-supplier prints, etc. to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
Use various hand tools (e.g. cutters, wire strippers, screwdrivers, etc.) to remove cable jacket, filler, shielding and to apply any parts that are called for in process documentation.
